Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept various payment methods as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of future services. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Invoices that remain unpaid for more than 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less.
Scheduling and Cancellation
You agree to provide access to your facility at the scheduled time for service. Failure to provide access may result in a service charge. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Facility Access and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring that your facility is safe for our technicians to work in. You must disclose any hazardous conditions, including but not limited to electrical hazards, chemical storage, or structural issues. You agree to comply with all safety instructions provided by our technicians and to maintain a safe working environment. Austin Hood Cleaning is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from unsafe facility conditions that were not disclosed or that prevented us from performing our work safely.
Acceptable Use Policy

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns at no additional charge.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, AUSTIN HOOD CLEANING MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL AUSTIN HOOD CLEANING BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
